NEW CASES:   

Application for Minor Site Plan Review By: Anushka LLC for Jimmy’s Smoke Shop (Wayne Campbell as Agent) for property owned by Wayne and Brenda Campbell (Tax Map U05, Lot 177):  To allow for use of the premises as a smoke shop and variety store.  The parcel is located at 3 Central Street in the Village Center District.   

Application for Minor Subdivision by: Nina Katkin through Berry Surveying & Engineering as Agent (Tax Map R57, Lot 006) for property located at 1166 Ten Rod Road and owned by Robert and Sharon Boucher.  The applicant proposes to subdivide one lot from the existing 9.28 acre parcel creating a new 3 acre lot and a remainder parcel of 6.28 acres with an existing residence.  The parcel is located in the Agricultural Residential (AR) Zoning District.

Application for a Special Use Permit by: Public Service Company of New Hampshire by Laura Games (Tax Map R01, Lots 001-18  and 001-1) for property located on Governors Road and owned by Paul A. Allard Revocable Trust and Governors Forest Homeowners Association .  The applicant proposes to construct a new 115 kV transmission line with poles within the existing ROW.  The parcels are located in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District.
